shercofray
Hi guys iv recently purchesd a koxx silver sky dual disk i was wondering if from second hand the frame wont just shit itself as i got it for a bargain price but i dont wanna have it a few weeks and it snaps has anyone got any ideas? Im a soft rider too i dont smash it up walls ect any advice would be nice people :) Surely asking this prior to purchase would have been a better idea? The lifespan depends on how the previous rider(s) rode it. It may have had an easy life, it may have had a hard life. Koxx are known for not being the strongest. If it's covered in dents etc it may not last long, if not it may be okay.

dngr2self
Have a good look for cracks. There's now way of saying how long its going last. It could be a week or it could be a couple of years.

HippY
I had a koxx hydroxx mod, absolutely battered, dents everywhere, rewelded... I rode it gently, and it lasted a good while I say that go for it, ride the f*ck out of it. There is no reason to buy a frame just to be gently with it while riding
Koxx lad
LOL onzatpro09 atleast I'm not the only one lmao and cheers hippy it's a good bike and I practically ripped the guys arm off then nibbled it really lol I'm taking the baseplate off as I know there frame killers from personal experience (unless your riding an onza or a good solid frame) but I'm a rather dainty rider I do big stuff but I don't bash the bike so like you say hippy it should last a while
