persistant_itch
Hey quick question, I know hope have stupidly specific and expensive tools for almost every component, and I'm looking to change the sprocket on my pro 2. Before I go ahead, is there any specific lockring tool that I have to buy or is there one on crc you'd recommend? Plus will a gusset double 6 work on a pro 2? Blake
Any cassette tool Double6 should work
bing
As long as its a shimano spline, which a pro2 trials is, the gusset double 6 sprocket will fit if its a shimano pattern

Paperclip
I think 22-17 is pretty much the equivalent to my gear ratio 18-14 on my 24" so yeah should be exactly what you're looking for if you want to do more static stuff. As for the tool Halfords do them. It's maybe worth your while buying a chain whip at the same time.....
dezmtber
Yep 18-14 felt pretty much the same. a Shimano hg cassette tool and chain whip will be the tools you need. And well worth having there genrally £20-30 for both http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/mobile/x-tools-bike-tool-kit-27-piece/rp-prod55964 £40 all the tools you will need in most jobs and comes with an isis bb tool
