arcfusion
JACK. I don't know anything about trials bikes so I'm saying, If people are selling bikes with no front brake. Then the wheels n crank might have been swapped for crap parts and I wouldn't be none the wiser

ogre
Just about to buy my first bike and notice A lot of second hand bikes have no front brake. Why? These posts are getting a bit detractive. just because a bike is missing it's front brake doesn't mean it's not worth buying, but consider that a new brake suitable for trials can be £60 or more if bought new. it isn't uncommon for people to substitute parts and lower their asking price to reflect the downgrade. if you aren't sure about the bike being worth the asking price post the bike on here and ask for an opinion. ItsMatt
people cant sell on front brakes because they are so sharp they are considered as an unlicensed weapon, its very hard to find someone like myself who has a licence for their sharp brakes.
