TOMTRIALS123
So I finally bought myself a trials bike off Mike (*gentlydoesit) and here it is: The spec is as follows (I think) : - 05 ZOO! Pitbull Frame - Hope Hubs front & Rear - Dual Maggies with rear Bionic Brake Booster - Try All rims front and Rear - WTB Rear Tyre (2.3) - Slicked NOKIAN Tubeless, with a tube, front tyre (1.95) - DMR Pedals - BRISA Stem and Handlebar - Superstar Components Chain Tensioner - DMR Forks - FSA Headset And I think that's about it. It rides great but has already had a pinch flat for pitiful reasons involving a small rock less than a foot high. Ross McArthur
Looks like a good starter steed dude. If you decide to upgrade anything, I'd go with the forks first. Those DMR ones must be quite heavy. You'll notice a difference if you switched to some lighter trials specific forks. One bad thing you may notice if you swap though is, the front end of your bike will feel much lower, so may be a tad harder to pull up to backwheel. Try and get some forks with a long steerer tube so you can run the bar and stem high.

*gentlydoesit
You need to get a front raceline lever! gah, paint it dayglo I put different forks on it when I had it, it changed the whole feel so I swapped back, Its more streety feeling with longer forks and lower bb. Not a bad strength to weight considdering
TOMTRIALS123
It isn't really that heavy at all really. I think it must be around 10 - 11kg or something like that but it rides nice and the brakes are stupendously loud and squeaky . I'll see how money goes but it'll get a makeover as soon as I can ride it well. Time to learn rear wheel hops me thinks... Any tips anyone?
