JD™
I like to put toast on my toast, with a couple of bits of toast on that, topped with a bit of toast. Not really. Toast is ming.
Ross McArthur
I like the Scottish plain loaf with salty butter with heinz beans (heated in the pot until they start thickening, none of this microwave nonsense). Topped with extra mature cheddar with HP brown sauce. Edited June 13, 2014 by Ross McArthur

ItsMatt
Peanut butter is a terrible protein source. It comes with loads of fat, then you're accompanying it with a bucket of sugar. I have 4 slices of peanut butter on toast in the morning, but that's purely because it's my main fat source for the day and it happens to be very high quality fat. What are you trying to achieve where you're aiming for extra protein? Not fussed by fat at all, I'm not aiming for anything I'm just trying to make myself be able to eat it really
