Jake.
And what bread do you like most. My favorite is Aldi brown seeded with onion chutney and normal butter. Lightly golden

AdamR28
Any wholemeal bread, chocolate spread, done. Also best when its only lightly toasted, so it's still a bit chewy inside.
bikeperson45
Strawberry jam and butter with a 1:1 ratio. Seeing the colours of red and yellow mix like that on toast is just beautiful.

Greetings
Marmite but only if done right. Toast needs to be cool, butter mustn't melt and should create a smooth sufrace over the toast. Then Marmite should be applied in the correct quantity over the butter. If it touches the toast, it's fubar.

SamKidney
Granary, lightly done (almost only "warmed") Generously applied Kerrygold butter. Simple as that, I'd quite happily eat that for eternity.

shercofray
You're so posh It all depends who you compare to. I'd be 'classed' as pretty normal in comparison to a large proportion of the people I know.

ItsMatt
Been trying a tactical approach to my toast game.. I'm trying to get into peanut butter (for that protein amirite #traininsane) but I cant eat more than one slice of it without not ever wanting to eat food again so I have one slice of peanut butter and then two chocolate spread. Normally would exchange the chocolate spread for marmite but there never seems to be any in the house, pathetic. I don't really like white bread but I cant think of the brown bread I like, shit needs to be crispy but not brown. slightly golden. Trials Forum covering the essentials. Peanut butter is a terrible protein source. It comes with loads of fat, then you're accompanying it with a bucket of sugar. I have 4 slices of peanut butter on toast in the morning, but that's purely because it's my main fat source for the day and it happens to be very high quality fat. What are you trying to achieve where you're aiming for extra protein?
