So here we are again, a place I'm sure you are all familiar with if you've read any of my build threads. This is the absolute last one I'm doing, not going through it all again, as my bird would not be happy.

I traded the 24 with a mate, plus a little bit of cash his way. Perfect deal I I thought. Its a 2012 onza genesis mod, with upgrades. Its shorter than my previous echo, but it has a miles better feel to it, not as rigid and stiff. And I'm loving the dual maggie, not done it before

Onza genesis frame and forks

Trialtech 180x35 stem

Onza genesis bars

Dual 04 maggies, racing line pistons, cousts on rear, heatsink yellows on the front, both water bled

Onza genesis cranks and bb

Echo sl freewheel

Kmc 610hx chain

Try all stiky lite tyres front and rear

Try all no war rear rim on onza hub

Trialtech front rim on viz hub

does the alu piston helps that much?

I had an 04 maggie, and it was okay, apart from the fact that the piston died surprisingly quickly, and it was more of an okay-ish feel, with less power than my `14

I have a photo exactly like that racing line piston one. The piston does make the difference I'd say. I use two in my 04s.

Aren't they white?

It makes a lot of difference. No sticky ness, just smooth action and a nice snappy return
