harmertrials
I'm looking at getting an inspired fourplay team 2013, however I want to change the drivetrain somewhat so that the bike isn't a million miles away from what I'm used to. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/24_inch_trials_bikes/inspired_fourplay_team_2013/c50p11810.html A. Can I run a 14t sprocket on a pro 2? B. Will I have any issues using a 128mm bb? C. I assume trialtech cranks will of no issue, but will 18-14 gearing have any issues in terms of setting up etc? D. What stem should I run to keep it somewhat trialsy? (thinking a 127x30?) Very nooby questions but I'm pretty new to this seated business, however I'm very much looking forward to getting into it. Jake.
A. Yes I'm fairly sure as George does. B. Can't say for sure C. Shouldn't do as its a sprung tensioner?

CalopS
I think Luke is running 18-14 with a pro2 with no issues. I ran a TT sport lite 128 bb and TT cranks on my mk1 with no problems. 18-13 though.
isitafox
I ran a TT sport lite 128mm as well with no issues with 18-13 on a mk2
bing
Same here, but on a mk1
Blake
I run 14t on my pro2, its the Shimon spline so most sprockets fit I run a nice shiny Trialtech one Not sure about the stem but, when eusn changed from inspired bars to Trialtech high risers I found that made it ride a lot better for trials. Could sidehop it fairly high B-)
shercofray
I think mine is 110 x 25 and that's pretty good for trials stuff. Also I'm running 22:18 which is effectively the same but you can run 4 bolt cranks
jack dickinson
D. What stem should I run to keep it somewhat trialsy? (thinking a 127x30?) i recon this should feel right (127 x 30)
James281098
I recommend 22:18 which is trialsy, quite light gearing, and I used a 110x35 stem and that was too trialsy for me, it became good on the rear wheel and I could still 180ect but for street I use a 70x25
harmertrials
I'm going for the 18-14 setup, cheers guys. Stem wise I'm not sure yet, I'll ride it with the standard 90x35 and see I guess.
