This was a brand new frame.

Yeah it has got 5 scratches on the downtube, its been hammered, no wonder its cracked.

Then why there are no impacts? Or it's been hammered with toy hammer? And why would I destroy new lovely frame which cost 550 EUR + 8 hours spend on paint removing?

How did you remove paint?

Body 700 paint remover + sandpaper + my own hands.

Those cracks look really weird.

this

Look more like flicked up tar from the wheels.

If those are cracks all the way through wat's oozing out? Clean it with some thinners and post another pic.

(Its hard to smudge a crack ;) )

I was joking, most people on this forum seem to think if you hit the frame more than once then its no surprise that its cracked, I expect a frame to take a complete beating before snapping.

Not really, my Ashton too an absolute hammering and that's still in service. What I meant by that comment was if that is 4months old and cracked, it HAS had a bloody hard time. Be it repetitive hooks, drop gaps to front ect.
