(used to be around 15 kg previous bike now around 13-13.5 kg) so i decided to lift a little . i dont go gym i do it at home then he mention his knees the gear ratio was 26 12 not good for street trials i ordered new parts . but unfortunately i couldnt open the rear cassete because the right tools to open that is not available .. and i couldnt find a professional mechanic around so i just changed the crankset its now 22 12
valk
I was riding so badly today I just decided to try and work on some stuff that always annoys me, knowing I was annoyed anyway so it couldn't go much worse. That's probably the closest I get to 'training'. It didn't work. "training" never works when you are annoyed or angry at yourself.
Mark W
Well, it kiiiiiind of did today but I know what you mean. I have this thing when I'm having a shit day where I just accept it, and just do stuff that if I was having a fun ride I wouldn't do (usually stuff I'm inconsistent at). My thinking is that if I can do that shit when I'm having an off day, when I'm on it it'll be easier. Occasionally this is true.
N.Wood
Managed to get a ride in today despite the gale force winds and heavy rain every 2 hours. Was also riding quite wet moss covered rounded boulders in a wood so I guess that was sorta comp training or something.

Mark W
Relatively speaking of course. It's like when you get food poisoning and although it sucks, you still get different types of throwing up, some of which are less unpleasant than others.
