Awww, I thought it was going to be called the Skidmark.

"dude, how was your burrito yesterday?"

"man, it left a continental sized skidmark in my pants"

Nah, Air time is better, but yeah, N Wood for Conti

After a day of riding? :D

haha, no :D I'll just tell you the first impressions and then after some weeks I'll write the review

What tyre will you compare it?

Holy Roller and Kenda K-Rad... more Holy Roller as it's been a while since I've been riding the Kenda tyre

My first impressions within about 4 hours of riding them yesterday were that they roll really smooth and feel a lot nicer when carving. I guess that comes from the finer profile and the nicely round shape. The grip is superb, just as expected, even on wet ground.

There was only one negative issue I had with them: I had a lot of trouble stopping them from sitting wobbly in the rim. After like half an hour of trying to put them in perfectly I ended up with both tyres being a little thinner at one spot of the wheel.

I started using them on 45 psi, so I can't tell you how they feel on low pressure.

One last thing: they look pretty cool :D

Element 2012 frame and forks.. the rest isn't really Element anymore.. :D I'll post some pictures of it on the forum, as soon as I get my fresh Pro 2 Rear Hub and have built the new wheels. (The hub shell and flange of my Pro 2 trials/ss 40t broke apart a week ago...)

Had the same issue with a Rubber Queen on a SunSingle Track as well as with a Rocket Ron on a Trialtech rim . What rims are you running. I resolved the issue on both wheels cutting down the rim tape. On both rims it was interfering with the tyre bed. Didn't happen with other tires and the same combination though.

edit: Have you put them on a scale? Would be interesting to know the real weight of those tires.

I'm actually considering getting some, thing is..Tarty Bikes says they're 3mm taller than my Holy Rollers, which is roughly the clearance I have to my seat stay brace (very tight) It could go either way.

If they don't fit can they be returned? Unused but fitted obviously. I should probably ask this to Tarty direct but someone else might wanna know too.

Has anyone else made experiences with this tyre on a TGS bike? What about wet rock sections? How would (do) they compare to Maxxis Super Tacky tyres? I don't know if you need nobs on a tyre to make it a good one for natural riding.
