isitafox
So I just checked my bank account and it would appear Scottish Powers have BACS me £65 for some unknown reason?? I last paid a bill to them in August 2011 and haven't had to pay energy bills to anyone for over a year now. Anyone else had this happen? JD™
Any way of getting hold of mail from the address you were at when you were paying them? Might have a notice of refund in there, although I doubt it!
isitafox
Not anymore, tried logging in to my old account but none of my email addresses are recognised. The people who live there now won't have a forwarding address for me either anymore if it was paid in incorrectly.
Danny
Send it to me and I'll sort it out. ;-)
Dman
The power companies recently got fined for holding people's money and had to give it back or face more fines, guess what I got a refund. They were holding millions of people's money.
