Bint
So I've searched Google and the forum abit, I take it it isnt possible to get any cheaper bearings than the 50 quid ones for a Chris King rear classic/bmx hub, or can somebody let me know the size of the none drive side bearing on a classic 135mm spacing rear hub. Alex Dark
Proprietary bearings ; go to aspire velo tech
Bint
Proprietary bearings ; go to aspire velo tech They're only 5 quid cheaper from Aspire, i'll just get them from Tarty if I cant get any for how much any other normal Japanese bearings are, which is like 15 quid
Ross McArthur
Don't tarty do price match?

Brought in by Evolution imports, King prices seem to be pretty fixed, so i very much doubt you'll find it cheaper anywhere and if so not by very much. Bint
But does nobody actually know the bearing size? surely they arnt gonna be down to a micron of difference between a king bearing and any other japanese bearing you can find in most bearing manufacturers
bing
Take the bearing to a bearing services shop, they should be able to sort you out or not
Bint
Take the bearing to a bearing services shop, they should be able to sort you out or not The bearing is shattered and now in the bin, cant find anything obvious on the internet about the size of it either. dann2707
Maybe ring tarty and see if they know the code Mat? I did the same for an axle with dimensions the other day to be machined at home. Edited April 19, 2014 by dann2707
