HippY
Hello guys well, I got my BB tool, so I started to insert the BB Non drive side went in easily, finely, no problems Drive side... well I greased it, turned it clock wise, click noise, turn it anti clock wise to tighten it... and it get stuck after 3mm. I thought that it can be normal so I used a little power there, turned ut back as well, nothing It is got stuck at the same spot, after 2-3 threads but I see nothing in the threads, what should it be? AdamR28
Take the non drive side out, put the drive side in first, then the non drive afterwards. It'll be the BB hitting the LH cup.
HippY
thanks for the quick reply, tried that but no. I will take a picture of the threads, because I am not 100% if it is right Do not force it, am i right?
*gentlydoesit
I'm guessing you've cleaned the threads propperly? They're so fine even a tiny bit of crap can jam them up. Could always get the threads chased at your lbs
HippY
Some pictures about the thread part that might cause problems It go in 1 and a little turn all the time and stuck on the very same place
HippY
Could always get the threads chased at your lbs it seems like found the problem, it is crossthreading. I bring the frame to my Local Bike Shop (or Legendary Burrito Shop, not sure atm) and ask them if they can chase the thread a little bit.
