bing
Perfect summary from Dan although the rim brake isn't dot fluid he said remember as he said someone was using water in it. Yeah he said it had been designed for use with dot fluid, but Kenny water bled his
dann2707
I'm sure he corrected himself and said it wasn't for fluid in the end.
Dman
That looks like an insane pump track! Surprised you got that many pics to be fair. Also what makes you think the parts aren't expensive anymore? Because when you see the setup and what goes into making the parts you understand why it costs more money, one example was some oil they used in the cnc machines, a 1000L tank was 4 or 6 grand each, he said they can get some stuff for less than a quarter of the price but it gave off more fumes and was more toxic or something like that and he didn't want his staff to have to handle such products. Half a million pound machines and around £10 million in cnc's alone. As Bing said they have 250 staff bikes all kitted out in hope gear and a full time mechanic just for staff bikes. That pic of those forgings would make an epic computer background. Funnily enough its now my phone wallpaper

isitafox
Glad you guys had a good day. I'm absolutely knackered, didn't get to sleep till after 7 and was up again at 12. Would probably have ended up stuffing my car driving all that way!
Jake.
So do we Because of the quality, and absolutely zero callbacks. If you have an issue with a part they have made, they will sort it out. There was an old mono trial brake on the bench that had come in for a refurb, it was like new. Try that with shimano stuff. Shimano stuff is cheap because it's massed produced in a factory in Taiwan by soulless machines. This stuff is lovingly hand built by proper northerners. Good enough for me So you're giving up your saints now?
bing
Not got saints now, and after seeing this today, I probably would to be fair. After seeing the way stuff is made and the passion that goes into it, you would too
waybe2014
I've just seen that hope make bash rings but can anyone tell me if they have one smaller than for a 32 tooth ring
dezmtber
They only go down to 32 yep
waybe2014
Shame, that would look so good on my bike and then I'd only need a hope stem.
