Mark W
Earlier in January I headed up to meet Danny Butler to get some clips of him riding his sweet new Cleep bikes. We only managed to make it up there for a few hours before the light went, but despite the just-above-freezing temperatures and mega wind Danny managed to beast out a load of cool lines. If you're tempted by one of these bikes, they're currently at 20% off at TartyBikes, plus you can get an extra £100 off if you spot the promo code in the video...
HippY
he has a very light style! Just a question: how he does the up-to-front disc-to-maggie? I tried it as well, and it changed to drum brake only once...
Mark W
I don't really have any idea what you mean, sorry!
N.Wood
Think he's commenting on the bike changing - One with front disk one with maggie. Also spotted the try-all to michelin rear tyre swap. He got a practise bike and a comp bike or summat?

The bike with all the fancy green Hope stuff and Michelin tyres (and front disc) is his demo bike, and the dual HS33 bike is his comp bike effectively. N.Wood
Gotcha Nice editing and music as always, kept it interesting where natural stuff like that can get a little boring to watch when you cant tell how hard it all is.
Mark W
Cheers dude I had to compromise on some of the angles a bit on the earlier moves because I was having to scrabble around on some sketchy, slippery rocks on the edge of a big drop. Aaaaalmost massively ate shit at one point... Glad the level of difficulty seems to have come through though, pretty nuts seeing that stuff go down in person (and how consistently too - a lot of the moves/lines were done within a couple of goes max). You show us the fancy bike first, then a not that colourful bike is ridden... it is strange... But yeah, I guess I would killed myself on those rocks even if I just wanted to climb them
Mark W
The first few lines are done on the demo/front disc bike? I think there's one or two clips of the 'comp' bike in the opening bit too...
manuel
all the way through I was wondering where the Danny Butler scream had gone....

dezmtber
Great bit of riding there i have never seen anyone ride that part of the roaches yet as its all massive rocks with huge drops to all sides. the line at 1:50 looks really steep

Ross McArthur
Wasnt that Michelin being compared to the Der Kaiser in terms of grip etc? I thought I read that the tyre was a soft compound prototype? Why the change to the Try-All then? Is the Michelin not that good then? Brett@3sixty
Enjoyed that! Top riding! Would hate to be within a mile of him and his bird though with the noises in that!

It's softer than their previous tyres, but it's still no Der Kaiser. Equally, Danny had just put it on so it was still covered in release agent, and with how slippery a lot of the rocks were it was pretty lethal at the time. Stan Shaw
One of the best Natural videos for quite a while! Top riding from Danny. Some of that stuff is large and slippy and he makes it look comfortable.
