Broke both my hands just before christmas, they are healed now and okay, had a hop on my onza the other day but my pinky popped out the socket again... dk2 Posted March 18, 2014 Report Share Posted March 18, 2014 sports tape is your friend...tape it to the finger next to it with two straps, one on each side of the joint maybe 1cm wide. craigjames Posted March 18, 2014 Report Share Posted March 18, 2014 Tape it up as suggesteed, make sure you either google some exercises to build up the muscles in your hands and wrists; or speak to your GP and get a physio referral if you're still getting issues.
