Miles Mallinson
Haven't really ridden much proper trials for a while so decided to get another one, been riding street recently on a 34lb slopestyle bike so felt a bit sluggish on the old hops and spins. Bought the frame off of Pinkbike the other day so slapped some parts on it. Used to have a Fourplay a while ago but this is way better, probably just the fact I normally ride a 26 inch mountain bike. Getting a local guy to make me a nice badge for the headtube as well. Edited March 14, 2014 by Miles Mallinson

Pete.M
Very nice indeed. I particularly like the lack of a chain tensioner.
Miles Mallinson
Very nice indeed. I particularly like the lack of a chain tensioner. I particularly like it too! Running a 18-13, it might be a bit on the hard side for me but feels nice not having anything in the way
marshole82
Lovely colour! How much did you get the frame for if you don't mind me asking?
Miles Mallinson
Lovely colour! How much did you get the frame for if you don't mind me asking? Got it posted for £145 with frame/forks/headset/stem/cranks/bb/sprocket/saddle and post so pretty much a (cheeky pun) steel I'd say!
JDâ„¢
Holy crap. That's lovely. Although they're in keeping with the time, I would swap the forks out for something straight blade, just because I don't like curved forks. Minor gripe though, it's seriously good looking.

I agree with you on that one I've never been a fan of curvy skinny forks, the rake on them is pretty big as well, offered them up to my set of echo urbans and there is a significant difference. Going to try and find an old set of Inspired teams or something and paint them the same blue.
JDâ„¢
Please do that. Then sell it. To me. I won't ride it, but I'll be happy to own it.

Ross McArthur
The curved forks suit it really well. It wouldn't be complete without matching Pashley forks!

Miles Mallinson
Got a wee badge made today at a local engraver, got it free so that was brilliant craic! Didn't glue it exactly straight so felt like a dobber, got superglue stuck to my fingers as well. Went for a hook practice tonight after work, 26 inches of wheels are feeling pretty good! Ross McArthur
I might have an original one in the cellar if you want it? One with a big "P" on it. Pretty cool that you got one engraved. Ive been thinking of getting a head badge made for my Marino. Proper head badges are something I think are missing from nice trials frames.
ben_travis
Proper head badges are something I think are missing from nice trials frames in general now-a-days. bike looks sweet miles. Although I agree that the curved forks are meant for that frame, if you do want a set of inspireds to spray, I have some in the shed that I'd happily send in return for a mutually agreeable fee ;-) Edited March 27, 2014 by ben_travis
Ross McArthur
Might be advisable if you're doing hooks like that.
Miles Mallinson
Aye they are missing from nice trials frames, always thought the Arcade would look nice with a aluminum inspired badge. Cheers Ben but I actually got a set of a mate the other day still unsure whether to do it or not don't want to bugger up the shade of blue probably going to go to a local painter who can match paints it can't hurt trying it though. I can feel them flex a bit but they do look the flippin business. That Pashley badge sounds pretty prime Ross I can give you some monies for it? Miles Mallinson
Bit of an update on the Pashley, got a set of Inspired Team forks off a friend and got some spray paint that was near enough the same colour the photo doesn't really show the blue but in the flesh it makes me a little bit raging at the difference. Got quite a sketchy tensioner on there just now so probably going to get a decent one soon. Building a 27.5 trail bike at the moment so stuck some nicer looking wheels on from my old one. A friend who is doing Photography at uni came up last week and got a few cheesey portraiture shots, unfortunately didn't have the new wheels on then Edited April 13, 2014 by Miles Mallinson
Ross McArthur
You could probably run the 650b wheel in that frame You not fancy some street tyres?

Was thinking about it the other day actually would be pretty lame though. Got some Holy Rollers that I might stick on in the summer but I do like the grippy tyres
