*gentlydoesit
Had a second attempt... fail. When i first cracked open the salve bleeds there was gas in there, the fluid fizzed out. The bleed went well at first, pistons came out about 5-6mm ish, wound the tpa in and they came out about 6-7mm each. But after a few mins of lever squeezing the pistons were coming out less and less, now only about 4-5mm with the tpa wound all the way in. Can't see a leak but the slaves were covered in wd so it would have been hard to spot. Is a leak the most likley cause or could there still be gas/air in there? AdamR28
It'll be full of air.
Blake
You seem to be trying some more complicated methods and I'm not sure why just use a syringe with normal temperature wd
*gentlydoesit
I warmed the wd to get the gass out will get a syringe... or 10 cans of wd and bath bleed the b@$t@rd$ How can I be getting air in there? I'm a general nob, but I'm fairly competant mechanically, and I followed all the advice, exept the syringe bit but I don't have one to hand. *gentlydoesit
Suck-sess Bled now, but with a sticky piston . Did it like you would a car in the end, pulling the lever and opening and closing the bleeds on the slaves (sucked the wd donwn the line first) with a reservoir attatched to the lever bleed.
