Also with a bunny hop do I unwieght the pedals or scoop up Thanks for manuals you first need to find your balance point, it'll feel a bit different from rear wheel hops but the way i do manuals is by doing a small pedal kick and pull the front up. you can just lean and pull up but ive got a heavy front end and struggle to do them properly. for bunny hops i practised flicking the back of the bike up my "hooking" the pedals with my toes, you sorta point your feet down to the floor a bit and flick backwards, and up in one movement. thats how to lift the back, then simply do that at the same time as lifting the front except lift the front slightly before you lift the back. its a bit hard to explain but just take each thing slowly and focus on perfecting each thing, rather than nailing the trick first time, that's how it becomes effortless and a whole lot smoother hope that helps buddy Edited February 18, 2014 by JJ Leigh Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
