honestly I would have not change a thing if its good. I mean, if it rides well, works well, and can serve you properly (= parts can withstand the usage that you put on them) then why modify it?

I learned it on a computer course but it is totally right

It says, yes, you can relace the wheels, add new tyres, but it adds some slight chance that a new fault come out

Is there a reason why you put the hose for the rear brake on the outer side of the stay? The danger of hitting the hose when failing a whip or something is much higher than when you just move it onto the other side of the stay (pointing to the tire) ;)
