Paperclip
I'm looking to grab myself a new camera to film a few things I rely on others to help me with, I have a camera at the moment I don't use but the quality isn't that great. I kind of like the idea of a go pro that you can just sit on the floor and film something however most of the ideas I want to use the camera for are going to be moving shots. I also like the idea of owning a canon or nikon but that hinges on how easy they are to use and money. My budget is £200.00 ish I have seen some canon 400d's sell on ebay for £180 this week and some go pro hero kits with the screens for around the same price help? Dman
I got a hero3 black and love it, easy to use, the gopro app is easy for editing, and good picture quality. All in a really small package you can take anywhere and mount it anywhere.
James281098
I agree with the gopro idea, I've never had a problem with it
Danny00135
yeah gopro, if you were to get a canon you'd have to go for a 550D to make the most of it, not that the 400D is bad only 550 is acceptable for filming.. You could always make a camera mount that bulks the camera out in your hands so you can use it for moving shots

Might wanna consider the fact that the 400D doesn't do video, so that might not be a good choice
robitoc
Gopro is a good camera, but it's just a bit expensive
trialsalot
I just bought a sd digital camcorder. Its a Panasonic. I avoided HD because it frys my computer when editing. I have a DSLR for everything else. Hopefully the footage on the camera will be good enough. Ill test it tonight and see. if i had to choose and a computer wasn't an issue i'd have a new DSLR with video function.
