HippY
I use an echo rear rim atm, it is well used with few grinds, I reckon it is one of the strongest part of my bike!
0zzy
cheers I know it looks like a wanted but perhaps I should have written it better. I want to buy brand new and wanted to see peoples reviews off previous rims. ive been looking at echo rims as I always heard they were strong, but the main deciding factor for me is the grind, I want the best grind possible, really hate grinding it every couple of weeks. J.KYDD
Echo = good long lasting grinds, bit heavy Maestro = good grinds, and light weight, not as strong
0zzy
Okay is the echo sl just a light version of the echo rim that has the good grinds or is it different? The echo sl seems a very good rim pretty light and good for grinds if it is the same material...

cardenas_26trials
I don't like Echo's because of the weight and the width. I've been using a Neon light at the rear for almost a year now and it's going perfect. Even though it's single walled I personally think it's much more stronger than a Echo. For example when I run a TR, it was very common to break the wall that goes in contact with the spoke nipple, it was also cracked in the same spot all across the rim. I'm not really sure on the grinding hold, anyway this is the one: http://www.trial-bikes.com/llanta-trasera-neon-47mm-p-536394.html don't really love the look of it, but it's something I can get over. swill
I use a try-all reinforced 19" rim and haven't had any issues, seems mighty strong and have only ground it once and still works exceptionally.
