Ok my avid arrived Tuesday and I was a little miffed when I fitted it. There was hardly any oil in it so the lever was pulling right into the bars, long story short I have a new avid on its way, I get to keep the one I have which is a bonus.

Today though I have a go a bleeding it my self, bought a bleed kit, 1 youtube vid and an hour or so later I now have one working avid. :)

Should of trimmed the hose before hand though so that's tomorrows job, also am I right in saying the brake should feel even more solid again with a shorter hose.
