dngr2self
I can't eat spicey food as it makes me ill. I like spicey food though so it's a bit annoying. My doctor has told me to stick to bland food but I do go for it from time to time and just deal with it afterwards.

SamKidney
I'll eat pretty much anything. Keely's a bit fussy, she wont try new things if she doesn't have to. Covers everything in mayo though, I swear she could eat that shit out of the jar.

weirdoku
A guy I work with does not have anything else in his Subway apart from the bare minimum. One time he got a foot long turkey ham and had it toasted with just sweet onion sauce. I get all the salad put in mine, doesn't cost any extra. I can't eat spicey food as it makes me ill. I like spicey food though so it's a bit annoying. My doctor has told me to stick to bland food but I do go for it from time to time and just deal with it afterwards. I once went out with a girl that was allergic to gluten. Sometimes she purposely eats stuff with gluten in to make herself sick. She was one messed up drugged up bitch. dngr2self
vegan If that's your thing good on you, as long as you don't try and force people to make the same choice. I can't stand vegans that have to tell everyone all the time. A guy I work with does not have anything else in his Subway apart from the bare minimum. J.KYDD
I used to be really bad - up to the age of about 16 Beige foods, genuinely disliked veg (would make me 'feel' sick). Would eat fruit, but would rarely actually do so As I've got older though, I've grown out of it quite well. I'm still a bit of a fussy eater, but not anything like where I used to be. I put it down to a few things - 1 - Having girlfriends. Feeling embarrassed going to a GF's house and not eating whats put in front of me. 2 - Cooking myself. This has really helped out as I can push the envelope a bit at a time and experiment in different ways of cooking the same stuff. Its amazing what you'll find out you like when its not just basic steamed/boiled veg. 3 - Getting fit. Going to the gym motivates you to eat and generally live healthier. I hated coming in from the gym and throwing in a pizza - it's counter productive. It feels really good to have a work out and then eat something healthy. As said though, these days i'm pretty good. Really like soup (home made), and it's a great way of getting veg in my diet without having to sit there and chow through a load. You can also add spices and herbs which completely mask some flavors. Green leafy salad along side stuff like fish is really easy to eat - and remember they are all quite different. Lettuce is boring. Rocket and watercress are really nice Also helps that this year I'll be moving in with the lady who's also pretty healthy and so we'll be eating together Edited January 7, 2014 by J.KYDD

24martin
So basically you're a bird. really really not trying to start anything here , honestly!, just a bit un-comfortable with how many people liked your post lol... it seems every meat eater has to take a stab at every non meat-eater?? or is that some kind of personal vendetta with you and dave?? anyway, I'm vegetarian and have been for about 10 years, currently trying to switch to a vegan diet but it's soooo hard with all the crap food in every shop you go into on this rotting planet! and its been extra hard for me to quit milk, cheese and eggs living in what is essentially a small farming/fishing town lol! there's not a lot of choice out there, so for the past 2 months, all i have eaten is vegetable curry's, veg stew's, porridge with almond milk or soya milk (delicious) and i have 4 large fruit or veg smoothies every day(even more delicious), takes like 3 minutes to prepare every meal which is awesome but if you find dave's diet strange, and obviously my diet is strange to you also, you have to consider something else's rib cage on your plate.... a little bit strange atleast?? or any other sliced up dead animal for that matter lol?? please read all that in a discussive way, not in an argumentative way lol! 24martin
sorry mike i stand corrected, i somehow mistook what you said as taking a dig at his diet :$ and sam, i wasn't trying to convince you or anyone, sorry if it seemed that way! just merely pointing out the fact that what some people eat, i do consider to be a little strange..... like black pudding, kidneys, liver.. not to mention what goes on in some other countries were they eat what would be considered over here to be pets lol, like cats and dogs etc Edited January 7, 2014 by 24martin

dngr2self
I know your not arguing, but it's like your trying to convince us eating dead animals is "a little bit strange" Not at all. Everyone has a right to choose, it just annoys me when people try and push their beliefs on others, much like when meat eaters try to convince vegans/ vegetarians that they should eat meat. A lot of my friends are vegetarians but it never comes up in discussion as we respect each other's choices and get on with.
