Churchard
Just got them in the post off eBay, fairly happy with them but wondering other peoples thoughts on them... Seem to have to pull the lever in pretty far to get them to really bite n hold... Running them on 160 avid rotors.... Wondering how to get them to bite with less pull as there's no adjustment on the actual brakes. Also the piston pin where it attaches to the lever is loose due to the white washers popping out constantly.... New pads or thicker ones ??? New rotors or thicker ones ??? isitafox
Have you tried bleeding them to start with? The one I used was pretty good and held fine with a decent bite point.

Churchard
O right, might be worth a try. What does that do exactly to make a difference ?
isitafox
Will squeeze the pads in closer together, kind of like if you had an adjuster.
