fruitbat
I have an echo TR lever and caliper, which I am going to put on my xc bike (saves me buying another new brake entirely), but I need to put some hose on it (& bleed it of course) Will magura hose with 2 of the barbed fittings work (think they are all M6 fitting), or do i need to get the proper kit/bolts for it? isitafox
Nah it's the same fittings as standard maguras

FamilyBiker
I have an echo TR lever and caliper, rim or disc brake?sorry i am asking but its very important to not use a rim brake hose with a disc brake and vice versa. you mentioned the word caliper, thats why i am asking,a rim brake has calipers

I'm just looking for the cheapest way to get the hose in place, using the right bolts.
AdamR28
You would need the disc hose in that case. I seem to remember us having something kicking around, give us a bell Monday
bing
Hope 5mm disk hose works as well, it's what I'm using at the moment. It's about £2 a metre off crc
