Jake.
Sorry lads, I guess I phrased it wrong. I don't find the grip inadequate at all, I came from a tryall lite with 50% tread left and it's grippier than the tryall. I'm not complaining. hezzay
Well, I just cut off all the knobs on my Try-All sticky. Cut myself too, wooh! Tested it out, did feel a lot more bounce and easier to turn on the back wheel. Grip is pretty much unchanged.

wilf
How you guys cutting them off? Stanley knife or precision with an angle grinder? I just used a Stanley knife, once you get the technique right it gets fairly easy, it does blunt the blade fairly quickly though.

hezzay
All of them or just side ones? Excuse me, just the side ones. Did it with a stanley knife, went quick enough. Just watch out where you put your thumb. :')
Ross McArthur
All of them or just side ones? Just the right hand side ones. Who needs them when you side hop to the left??
Jake.
Just the right hand side ones. Who needs them when you side hop to the left?? Who needs side tread for sidehops? Having just centre tread makes it a tad bouncier which helps. Excuse me, just the side ones. Did it with a stanley knife, went quick enough. Just watch out where you put your thumb. :') Haha thought so, glad to hear you like it.
