Echo-Scott
Hi guys. Im looking to get some new springs for my car. It a Seat Ibiza 6L. Its the 1.4 16v version. After finding springs that I want they are coming in 2 load ratings. One for above 830kg front axle load, And one for below. After researching a bit, I've found mine to have a 815kg load(Or so i think so). So my question is, Does that mean the below 830kg is the one to go for? Or will me being above 15kg in weight mean that ill actually have to get the above 830kg because i will be in the car obviously when driving? Thanks. dann2707
I think it means the car weight when no one is in it? Probably quoting for the petrol and diesel variants respectively. Hey we have the same car
Echo-Scott
I phoned the shop. They were helpful but didnt really make it any clearer(Mines a Petrol btw lol) Just not keen on my springs blowing up mid drive haha. Love the Ibiza, Such a stealthy looking car
Echo-Scott
Too impatient. Ordered the below 830kg ones. If anyone can definitively say my suspension will blow up in the next few months, Please tell me now
