JD™
Is a 'well person' checkup an all encompassing thing or just a finger where you don't want finger? I've been meaning to find out about a sort of human MOT for a while...
isitafox
This is what I found on my local surgery website; Well Person Check Men and women aged 20 - 64 years are encouraged to attend every 5 years for a Well Person check. We give information on early detection of testicular, bowel and prostate cancer (men), ovarian, bowel and breast cancer (women) and advice about coronary heart disease. Even if you feel in the peak of health, your attendance could help reduce your risks of serious future illnesses.

Blake
i wanted to join in this year but i'm loving my beard to much to give it up Think about the people who love their testes and have to give them up to.cancer. What's the deal with this then, I normally have a scruffy teenage neckbeard during the year but shaved it off the other day, do I regrow it through November or shave it off? Only needed my blood pressure checking and got asked a few questions about my general health. Turned out that I'm the first person doing Movember the nurse had ever had in for a well man checkup!
