FamilyBiker
heatsink or selfmade.the ones with spring sheets and teflon glider work best imo,and are pretty silent, plus the hit resistance
serjo73
Old boy - the chain-line is perfect and spacers were added to the pulies and the tensioner is wide enough for tank chain , I meant the little almost unheard noise of the tensioner when he hitting himself Family biker - what is Teflon glider? do you mean like the one in sawing machine? maybe you have a photo or a link thanks guys
Perez
Did you lubricate the springs ands pulleys?

AdamR28
Is the top jockey wheel pushing the chain into the rear sprocket? Pics might help.
Filo
Is the top jockey wheel pushing the chain into the rear sprocket? Pics might help. I would also be looking at this. If the rear sproket is to big, it hits and sounds really bad
serjo73
the top jockey is couple mm under the bottom of the sproket (14t) , I haven't explained my self good I do think this is an "healthy" sound - correct me if i wrong and there is a problem with the set up. the question is if the fixed tensioner are quiet what there the sprung one's for ? they cost much more and do noises.. Error The server returned an error during upload trouble in uploading you can see the photo in the avatar Edited October 1, 2013 by serjo73
