bing
Just out of interest, what setups do people run? After seeing countless debates about maggie vs disk, 2finger vs 4finger, oil vs water. Put a picture of your handlebars from straight on and a brief description of your setup. Be good to see the variations. I'll start Front brake: 2012 shimano deore, 203mm Aztec rotor Rear brake: 2011 hs11, 4 finger lever, oil bled, cousts

hezzay
My god, your brake levers look almost past vertical?! How do you even hold on? Played around with the setup, this is what felt best with my ginormous fingers. ;p

Ash-Kennard
Front. Limey Echo TR lever, Magura cylinders, Coust (plastic) pads Water Bleed Rear Echo Original "dengura" lever Magura cylinders, Coust (plastic) pads Water Bleed Best setup I have used in a very long time, people think the echo levers leak, it is the cylinders that leak, all my levers have been perfect. only thing I hate is having a noisy front brake. on my marino I have front TR disc, and TR rim on rear with heatsink yellows on a smooth rim. good in dry weather. The rear TR brake does leak when bled with water, from the calipers (again), so just bleed with oil and it is fine. Ross McArthur
Water bleeds. 04 levers. TNN Clamps and booster on the rear with LGMs on an everlasting grind. Rear plastic hose. Echo washerless clamps with Phat pads on the front with neverending grind. Front Unex hose.
isitafox
What you got on the back of the Marino Ross?
Ross McArthur
04 lever. Water bleed. Plastic hose. Magura clamps with plastic washers. Carbonique 2 bolt booster. Koxx browns. I should probably be using some sort of TNN pad on that bike but they're too grabby for manuals.
