isitafox
I need to build a 36h rim onto a 32h hub, what's the best way to calculate the spoke lengths?
FamilyBiker
didnt you ask this few days ago? its the same as with your other combination, if it isnt dividable by 6 its assymetric and nor strong. edit:the hub has to have more holes than the rim,if you really insisting of doing so i thought abou this after you had the first topic,if your rim has offset holes its even more a problem, there would be an area where 2 opposite spokes pull to the same side... *gentlydoesit
I tryed sh!t like that way back when.. it always ended up a right fekkin abortion! Once i even had a spoke wrapping two thirds the way round the hub... not a good look. If you lay your hands on a 36 hole screw on sproket ill swap you for my 36 hope?
