DynamixSkateparks Posted September 11, 2013 Author Report Share Posted September 11, 2013 Dynamix trials jam was supposed to be the start of a permanent indoor venue in Newcastle (Gateshead), but due to unforeseen circumstances the trials project was put on hold...nobody from the riding community has stepped up and restarted it either...so all of the obstacles we have created or accumulated remain unused. I think the fact that its a FREE space, no rent needed for trials bit, should be enough? We have collected a lot of materials and equipment to build a course both indoor and out, all that's missing is the trials community! TNE Posted September 12, 2013 Report Share Posted September 12, 2013 Why the negativity guys? This is already a fully functioning skatepark, a bloody nice one aswell. They don't want your advice on how to build a skatepark just a few willing people to put all the obastacles that they already have together in a decent way. I was up there at the beginning of the year and they have ample space away from the main ramps plus a decent sized area outside. Because the post at the beginning was super ambiguous: Are there any groups /individuals trying to open permanent indoor venues in UK? Most people on here aren't likely to have known the Dynamix even hosted anything to do with trials, and as such quite understandably assumed this was a skatepark owner doing some market research for a venture. This thread is for Dynamix Skate park in Newcastle anyways I'm sure a bunch of us would come up from Leeds.
