deivijs12
Hi i have a problem with my v2's. There is practically no bite in them and allot of movement when pressing the lever before it slowly stops the bike. The brakes have been fully re-bled with 5.1 DOT fluid following the hope help video.
Luke Rainbird
If you're tried the adjustment on the lever and it's still pulling back to the bar (or at least more than it should) then it's likely a poor bleed. Give it another fresh bleed and ensure that there's no air in there and see if that makes any difference
deivijs12
Just re bled them and still the same thing. Is there any chance that the piston assembly on the lever itself could be faulty? There are no signs of leaks or anythting like that. Luke Rainbird
It's possible but unlikely. Can you post some (decent) pictures of the setup so we can see what's going on?

crilin202
Are the disc and or pads new? it takes a bit to bed in... When I had my first disc brakes I was very disappointed as they didn't have any bite or hold... It was just a matter of bedding them. Also make sure the lever does not feel spongy, that indicates that there is some air in the system

deivijs12
I have rebled the brake again. the lever still feels spongy but now stops better is it just supposed to be like that?
AkuskaUK
Mine feels solid and "snappy", send it to Hope and ask them nicely to service it? it could be a sticky piston and/or master cylinder.

UK_SPAWN
Sounds like u need to rebleed again if its squidgy. .. if your sure its blead correctly it muat be a bent disk or slifhtly out of shape. This makes it feel spongey too.
