Luke Rainbird
When you can pick up MG-1s for under £30 posted new why would you spend 4 times that for heavier, uglier, utterly horrendous pedals?!

Alex Dark
Another vote for wellgos; it's worth bearing in mind if you want your bike to look funky you'll just cover them up with your feet ?

Maybe it just me Not too bad a weight, and yeah I agree. But the fact it's hope is the main price tag, plus the fact it'll probably last a lifetime. trialsquirt
I can recommend Outland cnc flat pedals i have two sets and they grip extremely well, are strong and only weigh 365g
*gentlydoesit
I was hoping somone would bump this thread .I never got any new pedals in the end, long story that I'd be happy to tell but can't be arsed However, as I'm building myself another bike now it seems silly not to look at the whole 'messed up taste in pedals' thing again. Strong, light and differnt is the criteria. Ill be reviewing all the suggestions I got before, any more would be welcomed. Cheers
