Hi Scotland here.

Check out Glenmore Lodge Face book page or the Scottish 4th round thread for the links for our latest trials park (bikes only) Free to use anytime and they have all the onsite facilities you need for a stay if required. Designed by me and Duncan Shaw. Scottish round this weekend along with their bike festival. Big plans for this venue in the future.

No square edges, just proper trials sections. (that was a joke and all are welcome, I/we have lots of work todo to get this to where it needs to be including square edges)

Never seen you at a comp, and after a coment like that then please stay away. You have no idea what amount of free time, travel costs, work I and a handfull of other people put into getting this organised so that everybody can have a trials area to use. We had a great comp and a great overall event which is all free to use now. But AH like you have nothing better than to critise our work then please just stay away. Or maybe just maybe say sorry grow a pair and put some effort into making trials in Scotland a great sport, comp or street. Thats my say and I will not give you any more time.

I have met Mikey a couple of times and he is a great rider and has moved to what he likes best. The square edge like Yoshi post was a joke that I hope he understood, and is welcome to use the park anytime, but it is natural layout.

A search quest for some lame-ass facebook page?

Assuming that the park has been done with the same level of motivation as this advertisement, I don't bother.

Rode there today with the boys on our way back from ullapool! Met Lewis (1&2) up there and had a great wee ride. Some really nice sections and layouts put together kev! Really impressed!

I reckon it could do with some pipes and boxes as well to really top it off but all and all it's awesome!

Important news pending re this. I will fight till I die to keep the square edge team from taking over this lovely natural park!!! Glad you enjoyed it and made the effort to use it as this is important to Glen more lodge. It did take alot of effort by a few people to get this started, but it does need work in certain sections and abit more different layouts to get it better with maybe a couple of artificial layouts.

Just back from Newcastle British round and a huge amount of interest. Aaron chuffed to bits with his first first place after three years of trying.

Dont worry kev me and mikey know each other. It was all in jest.

Yeah nice to meet you Ben.

If you go into the lodge itself and sign in it will help them keep tabs on how many people use it and how long for. Will good to see how much it does get used.

Ahh the fight begins.

My response: these are artificial indoor sections for the world INDOOR champs. The world OUTDOOR is all on natural. one up to me. UCI world events dont count cause thats who can just get up the biggest thing and jump the furthest before they get a wee crappychino coffee, it rains and they all go home, so your not getting that one. Cause Ben and the SETs would win.

Pipes yes and other things yes and we/I will be looking into it. one to the SETs

Logs at Hook woods have been coated in some cement stuff and chicken wire, so we can look at doing that. Wont take a point for that one. 1 all

Ross just get the seat off and use the seat post to weld into the frame to make it longer, away you go. Even had Ali C sitting down on his wee padded seat mid section at the event to take a rest. Balance was impressive, was just waiting for Duncan to run in and give him a drink and wipe his brow.

Natural rules!!

Don't get me wrong, this seems like a cool project and anything that's making the sport accessible to folk who are interested is likely to be a winner, but the way some of your posts come across on here seem to undermine the above. Surely you should be encouraging a bit of growth and new visitors, rather than being a bigot whenever someone makes a comment/suggestion that you don't completely agree with?

Street trials is now growing in moto-trials. Julien Dupont say vs Toni Bou debate. Both hugely talented. At the end of the day unless your making a career out of it, its what you enjoy the most. Some riders i see who can hop up 1000 crates high struggle on a couple of rocks because they wobble or aren't flat. And the same for some comp riders. Set-up is different too i think. I'm just old enough to know if i damage someones wall or scratch something town centre, I'm too old and unfit to be doing a runner! Gone are the days when i was 15 and full of energy :$

SETs = Square edge team.

Please guys its all in jest, just look back over some of Ross's posts.

Ahh the people that dont get sarcasim. (is that me being sarcastic again)

Everybody is welcome at Scottish trials and I do my best to cater for everybody and its all about fun and having a laugh at the events. Short and seated bikes second and third in expert in the last comp. Thanks Alec Wray turned up on a proper bike and won. (maybe sarcasim again) Jeeze theeze people that dont get sarcasim. Oh wait was that sarcastic ahhh my head hurts. Hate just maybe a bit strong, just love the banter. Each to their own in my world except people that critic with no idea of what they are talking about!!

Its just Kevs idea of a bit of banter, Luke. Its all in jest.

Oh, edit: whats the SETs?

Peace okay, I think if we get a game of football between the SETs and the (natural) NETs things will be all good again. Ben or Ross for captain. Old war movie about a real event at Xmas. We will play on a concrete or tar carpark so the SEts are happy. oh no couldnt help it.
