SRBTrial 1
i started practising endo and bh 2 weeks ago,my wrists started to pain like hell after that when i get up in morning but they dont hurt when i m practising, but shoulders started to crack after few first mins of riding and killing me all the time,i ride 2-4 h for 3 days and 1 day pause.so the question is is it just starter pain until arms dont get used on such stres,or to go to a doctor? Kevinfor
Did you do any sports before starting trials or were you just sitting around? My wrists hurt if I have my bars rolled forwards so maybe you should play around with different bar angles. For the shoulders you could just do a quick warmup before you get on the bike and see if that helps.
valk
Normal trials pains, your body will get used to it eventually although my wrist problems ended when I changed bars to some try-all elite risers, just don't tilt them too far foward. Another thing I figured it helped me a lot was tilting the brake levers down, so that when you are standing on your bike, your hand is in line with your forearm instead of bent upwards (when grabbing the brakes); it really released a ton of pressure and stress on my wrists. Now I can ride without any wrist pain what so ever. Edited July 28, 2013 by valk
SRBTrial 1
I will try that and see if it gona change.i play some basketball and workout so its a habbit to always wormup before ride,i dont have riser bar i bent it 1 day when i buy it :)so i ride with flat until i get some cash for new riser.but i will try that with brakes right now.thx for answers
dk2
Try doing so streching during your ride..tilt the hand backwards etc..might do you good the following day...otherwise sounds like you should just keep at a week or two. If the pain is still there see the doctor.
