bing
I am running a bb5 on a 180mm Rotor. Now I have acquired a hope mono trial, with no rotor, but the caliper is a 160mm model. Would this be enough power with a decent set of pads if I was to get a new hope 160mm mono trial disk? Just wondering what people ran
Azarathal
Going to need 180mm minimum on a stock Dan, might get away with it depending how smooth you are
bing
I'm not a basher and smasher if that's what you mean, and I can't do 'to front' moves anyway
N.Wood
Personally I'd get a +20 adaptor and a 180 rotor, rather than spending money on a 160 then having to buy a 180 and adaptor when you find its not powerful enough.
trialsiain
get a 180 they look much better on a stock too imo

bing
Sounds like a plan then, that's £40 odd quid spent already Edited July 22, 2013 by bing
N.Wood
Could you not use your 180 rotor from your bb5? Adaptors are £14 on CRC / £12 on Tarty (ex postage)
bing
Yeah but it is an Aztec, and the pad track is too narrow for a mono trial. Hence going for something with the same pad track size
AkuskaUK
Depending on the type of Hope, ild recommend a 203 Hope Saw. I have one on my Tech V2 and the power is insane!
