Revolver
It's no good. Buy a cheap mod, 20", to start off with.
dngr2self
You could start practicing track stands and get your balance right. It's always gonna be easier to learn with a trials specific bike but people still managed before all this stuff was about. A lot of my mates started on standard mountain bikes that were barely capable of xc riding. It's just a bit limiting really that's all.
Paperclip
^THIS check out "RYAN LEECH" on youtube or vimeo and you'll get a basic understanding of fun things to try, If you start getting to really enjoy it then you'll feel better at buying a better bike
SRBTrial 1
thx for advice,i practised some of beginers things (track stand, manual, endo, and symular things)on stock 24' and started making that mongoose 26' that i didnt try yet but i have problem i live in serbia and i think here is 5 people heard for trial (me and my 4 mates )geting right equipment here is very hevy and too much expesive so i was thinking just for start to try with low budget, some of parts i was lookin for is more then 50% expencive then in uk and eu,and finding 20' here i can only dream :)so can anyone tell me is better to continue practicing with stock 24' or that mongoose '26?again sry for bad eng and thx. williams
Just want to say that I live in Sweden and thought that everything would be expensive to get here aswell. Turned out that I was wrong. Shipping to Sweden is £15 for big orders from tartybikes. And when I started riding I thought that I was the only rider here aswell, but again I was very wrong! If you have around £350 I would recommend you to get a new proper trials bike. But if you don't, then ride the bike that you think is the best for you.
