SamKidney
As you'll have gathered from my previous build thread, I've been collecting parts to build my second 24". She's complete! Azarathal
I have an 04 Maggy with adm's and was wondering what your brake is like booster less? I'm finding my 2bolt a little stiff
SamKidney
Brake is one of the best Ive had. Feels stiff but not overly so. Plenty of bite and has held on everything Ive done so far. Used a thin metal cutting disc at roughly 45° with little to no added pressure and quick swipes to grind my rim. I think its the TR rim, gives such a good brake. Azarathal
Apart from the lever and mounts we have identical brake set ups gunna have a go at single walling my rims soon and I'll take the booster off at the same time
SamKidney
Ah! Im tempted to do mine soon but with it feeling like it does now I see no immediate reason to do so. Ive never liked brakes with boosters, always seem to be fine without in my case.
