Emma (Echo 24" 2011. Take two..)

As you'll have gathered from my previous build thread, I've been collecting parts to build my second 24".
She's complete! Ended up buying a new rear wheel to replace the cracked/split rear Viz rim I had previously.

Rides so well, and in the few hours Ive ridden it I've already felt myself progress.

Anyway -

Brake is one of the best Ive had. Feels stiff but not overly so. Plenty of bite and has held on everything Ive done so far.

Used a thin metal cutting disc at roughly 45° with little to no added pressure and quick swipes to grind my rim. I think its the TR rim, gives such a good brake.

would look nice with a black bar and stem dude (Y) where did you find the super tacky swampthing? would love to get a super tacky and slick it haha reckon that would be beasty. just a shame all the dh 24 tyres are 60a crap :(

looks very similar to the old khe collapse chain

ybn mk747 it's on TA as an echo branded chain, not sure i could trust one of them...not after i managed to twist a link on my 710 with my chicken legs haha
