Maxx
Hi, I want to remove the white graphics (which I don't like) from both my Try-all Karbon handlebar and my Try-all Karbon fork. The probleme is that in both case they are under the clear coat layer. Is it safe to remove this layer, as I suppose it will be raw carbon under ? Thanks

Skorp
The strength is NOT in the clearcoat... So this is no problem Sand it down with 240-600-1500 paper. Use 240 dry at first taking off most of the material, then you use 600 and 1500wet. if the colour of your grinding dust gets black stop immediatly. its no problem if you didn't take too much of, just use a rattle can and spray over for protection. This is commonly done on road bikes. I've taken a fork before. Took like 5 hours to sand down..
