UK_SPAWN
Dissasemble. Clean. Re-bleed/new parts if necessary. Lubricate. Assemble. Or if you can't do all of them, as many as you can.. Even just undoing it and cleaning may work. Check lever bolts are not too tight as to hinder the return of the piston. Also clean etc calipers. If after that it still is slow. New piston/lever. All I can think of right now. Cheers.
Danny00135
Slaves or lever? Slaves - lube them up!! Should get them free moving again. Lever - Remove the piston (if you have an old shwalbe tube or similar the ones with the threaded valve, cut the valve off and screw it into the lever, with the bleed screw still in attatch a track pump to it and pump until it fires out, make sure you have it in a bucket or something so you don't lose the spring and piston) Take out the O ring and the other seal and sand the main body of the piston a little (not too much) But the seal and O ring back on and reassemble the body, should sort it out. Good luck Edited May 27, 2013 by Danny00135

FamilyBiker
is it water bled?in this case a bit of sanding the piston could be necessary i´d rather sand the piston than the cylinder
