UK_SPAWN
Dave its not too long. When I used to ride, when I was a spongey flexy teenager mind. I rode literally 12 hours a day 7 daya a week. Just stopping for food/drink/ciggy. Now I ach all the time... I think I just need to keep at it and itll go away. have a rest when it does hurt too much to pull up on the bars. N.Wood
Depends what you ride. I agree I reckon 3 hours is pretty short but if you ride a solid 3 hours on challenging natural you'll know about it. 3 hours on street is nothing.

SamKidney
A few hours on natural kills me, but I can happily ride street nearly non stop for a whole days riding. Last summer I rode street pretty much every day all day for around two weeks without much of a struggle. So long as I gave myself time to warm up properly pre-ride I'd be sound for the day. UK_SPAWN
Yeah 3 hours of actual trials would be a lot I guess... like 1 section that took 3 hours minimum lol. But a 3 hour ride going from spot to spot and stopping for drinks and McDonald's isnt that much, as I say you can do that all day if you keep at it your stamina will increase.
