Jake.
They just look like standard bmx/skate shoes to me, they'll be okay to ride in but get the Adidas terrex solo if you want a really good riding shoe.
ben_travis
I just bought a pair of these for riding in; http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mobile/MobileModels.aspx?ModelID=93894 really good, and i'd definitely recommend five ten to anyone. nothing quite the same as a five ten sole
Trials-Mikey
I just bought a pair of these for riding in; http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mobile/MobileModels.aspx?ModelID=93894 really good, and i'd definitely recommend five ten to anyone. nothing quite the same as a five ten sole as long as the sole has the big circles on it, my small ones lasted 5 months if lucky
jack1340
Do five ten shoes look chunky in real life like most other skate shoes?
N.Wood
Depends which ones.. Some of them do, the ones posted up are some of the slimmest they do. Have a look.
Ross McArthur
You'd look like a dancing police man wearing those.
Chester123
Do five ten shoes look chunky in real life like most other skate shoes? I have the five ten that Danny macaskill uses (his signature ones) they are amazing for trials and protect ankles. They are noticeable of the bike to be honest. I mean they are a bit like fairground dodgems on your feet :/ perfect for bikes though. After all that's what you want
Matthew_Gibson
i had a hold of the danny mac shoe and I picked it up and was shocked at how heavy it was. I ride in Ribos, got them off here and lasted me well, getting a bit on the rough side now. wanting to try the Adidas ones next when I can find the ebay site again,.... harmertrials
wat a man!! just sold out in my size........ Yeah stock's running very low now compared to when I got mine. I'm usually a 10 and went for a 9, perfect fit. Take a little while to soften up and wear in colour wise but they're the grippiest shoe i've owned. mjewl
i've recently got me a pair of these: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mobile/MobileModels.aspx?ModelID=71082 only used them while testing out my dh bike around town but they're worlds apart from regular skate shoes in terms of sole/ankle support. A.Baxter
I wear a pair of fairly old vans, they still have enough tread pattern though. So they stick like glue to the pedals when you want them to ! They are also nice and flexy I love them to ride in, also they are super comfy. They don't look stupid or only for just riding in . Adam.
