UK_SPAWN
I think its ok i tightned pedals and the pedal onto the crank and thats gone away... Im just so paranoid abot problems now... I seem to have eliminated chain rub by removig the split link and reversing it.. As thats what was catching .. I painted it red and noticed red.in the tape i put onth frame ti check for rubbing. Going out to test.
dezmtber
Loctite do a bearing lock to fix loose bearings if it is loose in the frame
24martin
what kind of chain is that? im not 100% sure but it doesn't look suitable for trials, i always see those kind of chains on road/race bikes!
UK_SPAWN
Its a KMC somthing or other. Yeah i kinda like it cuz its fat so im guessing quite strong. Maybe a bmx chain or somthing. Ill purchase a new one along with a freewheel, and frewheel spacer and new rear cog. BtW. I had a profile hub built onto a koxx rim a while ago but looking now on tarty i cant find a 19" rim with the correct ammount of holes to fit it? Are there any? Cheers all, Mark

Rich J
In my head all spanish bbs Ive have had had covers over them. Kinda like big fat washers I guess is the best way to describe them. I guess to spread out the force/ cover bearings.

Cheers all, Mark Yeah you wanna get rid of that chain and get a 510HX or 610HX off tarty. There doesn't seem to be any more 36h rims on tartybikes, but someone is bound to have one on here, as everyone moved on from them so there should be loads spare
