Sam Song
I bailed on the lever a few weeks ago and the lever reach adjust allen key hole is completely filled with wood now. And of course, the wood has completely blocked the allen key shape as well as the hole completely. I tried compressed air, but it's so tightly packed that it won't come out. The hole itself is really small, so toothpicks didn't really work either. Such a stupid problem.... the brake is still rideable, but I need to put the lever in the furthest position when I bleed. Jake.
Take it off the brake, try clamping the lever to a vice where it won't f**k the lever up, then a hammer and use a really small punch. Should do the trick.

aener
Soak it in a bucket of super-dense ferrofluid for three days, and then when it's fully saturated you can extract it easily by blasting it with strong electro/magnetic field. You'll need to restrain the lever in a clamp or something though, as the magnet will attract the bolt it's stuck in too.
