External Hardrive Options

Hello!!

I'm looking for a super cheap external hardrive to save a load of my pictures seeing as though my dropbox folder keeps getting filled up with the ridiculous amount of photos I seem to take daily. Literally comes to around 20 pics a day haha.

What's the cheapest hard drive I can get? Its only for pics so i'm only wanting around 100gb? Something like that and wanting to spend as little amount as possible please

Have you considered paying from dropbox? I think that's what I'm going to do soon, external HHD can be lost with your laptop/PC in theft or fire.. and then you've lost everything.

100gb? Don't be a cock, Dan. Buy for the future. A few years ago I remember saying, "I'll never fill 500gb", then I filled it, then I said "I'll never fill 2tb", then I filled it.

I've had the old version of these for about 2 years, it's a bit fecking awesome.

Amen to that, same story as Muel and I now have 8tb of personal storage as well as the paid subscription to Dropbox for business stuff. With storage, it's always worth buying as much as you can get hold of at the time.

Unless the factories have just been flooded and hard drive prices have nearly trebled.

Internal drives were at £55 for a 2tb drive in about 2010, they're still way above that. I'm waiting for 3tb drives to hit £75, then I shall be filling my server with them.
