isitafox
Right peeps at the end of this month I'll be moving into one half of the inlaws farmhouse and need some advice on getting wifi in our half of the building. Currently there's a Sky wifi box connected to the main phone socket in the other side of the house but there's no chance the signal will reach all the way to our side so I need to know what I can do router wise to get connected as I'll be wanting to plug in our Sky HD box and my PS3. What are my options??
Jake.
You need one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Huawei-WS320-Wi-Fi-Repeater/dp/B007SU0BJU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1362355829&sr=8-
Muel
Don't use wifi, please. Can you not run a cable through the house to a switch at the other side, then plug everything into that?

AndrewEH1
My room is less than 5 metres away from the WiFi router but still run a couple of Cat5 cables from the router to keep my gaming rig and Xbox/PS3 online. Slightly faster, cable off the net is pretty cheap too.
