aener
A final glimpse of Molly before she goes in to indefinite hibernation on the wall:She ain't dead, just very tired and feeling sorry for herself.Moving on to her successor - Alex:I don't know how much she weighs, but I do know how much she doesn't weigh - and that's "as much as Molly".Slightly lighter front triangle, but quite a substantial saving in the rear (Molly had super thick seat/chainstays due to being one of the first made and not knowing which tubes to use), which is exactly where the weight saving apparently needs to be. I tried a regular 360 on flat ground, and the difference is so much that it turned in to such a dipped 3 that I went over the bars! Can't wait to see what differences it makes to the handling.Unfortunately (in my opinion), the gussets needed changing for extra strength. They're such a cool shape I felt they had to get showcased.Love this little detail Spanish (Deng/BMX type) BBs! Also shows the slightly curved downtube, which I think looks just lovely.Plated joint/gussets. Super stiff and strong, and also more comfortable when scrubbing the foot to slow down The best three sponsors a big fat basher such as myself could possibly hope for.Mad props to Trialtech and Tartybikes for keeping me riding, and especially to Josh at Jaf Bikes for all the fixes, time, effort, frames and tolerance of idiocy. Not to mention patience!

Blake
Looks f**king swish man! I love how the frame just looks so perfectly suited for you, couldn't think of any way to make it more "flipp"!
Duncy H
Looks awesome that, jaf's frames and parts really do seem to have an air of quality recently. What sort of geo do you run flipp? Can't imagine it being your average/typical sort of thing? Edited March 2, 2013 by Duncy H
aener
595, 73*, 980 (with Trialtechs), +70, 350.So much do I like this set of numbers that this frame is a replica of my old one.I'd love to experiment with others, but I don't want to spend time, money and effort finding out I've already got the perfect one It's pretty similar to most short mods, just with a steeper HA which reigns in the WB, but I think it's about perfect!
